Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Payments made for custom designs, party décor, event setups, and related services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, event cancellations, or incorrect information provided by the client.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
