Terms and Services

By placing an order with our custom design party business, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All products and services are custom-made based on the client’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once an order is placed.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is up to 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment. Turnaround times do not include shipping time. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking or order placement unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details. We are not responsible for errors once final approval has been given.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged items once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Event Dates

We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by incorrect information, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please order well in advance of your event date.

Intellectual Property

All designs created remain the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
