All items are custom-made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and production before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Because all items are custom-designed, all sales are final and non-refundable, including shipping costs.
